Video Editing & Motion Graphics Reel

I created a portfolio reel that serves as a music video for my song “Eco Pool,” and a showcase of my favorite visual work from my career, including clips and assets I created over the past seven years. This project brings together a diverse compilation of unique styles and techniques, reflecting my evolution as a visual artist.

The reel features immersive 3D environments rendered in Blender, showcasing intricate designs and textural depth. It also includes motion graphics initially crafted in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator and animated dynamically in TouchDesigner, where I recorded real-time playback of chroma-keyed DJ performance footage, overlayed on an interactive Y2K-inspired background. Additionally, I incorporated uniquely layered compositions of digital assets that blend nostalgia with modernity, creating a rich tapestry of visuals.

To transition between scenes and maintain a cohesive flow, I employed datamoshing techniques, allowing spaces to dissolve into eachother in unpredictable and exciting ways. These elements are unified with unique footage ran through kaleidoscopic feedback loops and overlayed with a dynamic neon blue static field, generated in TouchDesigner.

This reel not only highlights my technical skills across various software and mediums but also captures my artistic voice, merging experimental visuals with an emotional connection to the song. "Eco Pool" represents a culmination of years of creative exploration in different mediums, tied together into a singular, impactful experience.
